With zero shortcuts and a relentless work ethic, he spent his early years studying markets, understanding people, and developing a sharp instinct for opportunity. That foundation became the launchpad for a 15+ year entrepreneurial career that has spanned India and the United States.

Founded Business Junction

Established Business Junction as a consulting and business development entity — laying the foundation for what would become the parent company of multiple ventures. Early focus on helping small businesses scale and optimize.

2012 — 2014

Entered the Real Estate Space

Identified the massive opportunity in India's fragmented property market. Spent two years researching, building technology, and assembling a team before launching MakaanMarket.com — designed to bring transparency and trust to property transactions.

2015

Launched MakaanMarket.com

MakaanMarket went live, quickly establishing itself as a credible real estate platform in India. The platform connected thousands of buyers, sellers, and agents with verified listings and market intelligence.

2017 — 2018

Global Expansion — USA

Gaurav took his entrepreneurial vision international, conducting extensive market research in the United States. Recognized a clear opportunity in the classified marketplace space and began building what would become Freebay.

2019

Launched Freebay (USA)

Freebay launched in the USA as a free, fast, and user-first classified ads and marketplace platform. Designed to challenge incumbents by prioritizing user experience, zero cost barriers, and community trust.

2020 — 2021

Pivoting & Resilience Through the Pandemic

When the global pandemic disrupted traditional business models, Gaurav doubled down on digital infrastructure, accelerated Freebay's growth, and used the crisis as a catalyst for innovation across all ventures.

2022

Launched Radhashree.com

Inspired by the richness of Indian culture and community, Radhashree.com was born — a culturally-rooted digital platform celebrating heritage while serving a modern audience with relevant, meaningful content and experiences.

2023 — 2024

AI Integration & Business Junction Evolution

Business Junction evolved into a full-fledged innovation and AI solutions company. Gaurav invested heavily in artificial intelligence capabilities — deploying AI across all four ventures and offering AI consulting to partner businesses.

2025 — Present
